We’ll be playful and silly as we weave our way through SMILE-UPs and special laughter exercises created to enhance your meditation practice and give your funny bone a work-out. We’ll throw in the history of Laughter Yoga* and end the session with a laughter meditation to get your giggles on! This practice will help engage your core principles of life, and help empower you to a more centered, focused, calm, yet energized place. You’ll have so much fun, this will become a healthy habit in no time.

Sarah Routman has been engaging others to share healthy laughter since 2007. She has presented countless laughter yoga sessions for companies such as Cigna HealthCare and Best Buy. She has laughed with nurses, teachers, professionals and hospice patients. Sarah inspires others to lead happier, healthier, more meaningful lives through laughter. Sarah is a member of Beth El and has shared Laughter Yoga with congregants on many occasions such as before Megillah readings on Purim, Women’s Retreats and Shabbaton.
