For almost 100 years Beth El Women’s League has been committed to supporting our Beth El community and Conservative Judaism. As we plan for the future Women’s League 2.0 is moving to include all Beth El women. Our hope is to partner with our Beth El family in bringing more opportunities for programs and learning.
Perhaps you’ve sampled one of the 800 dozen delicious hamentaschen we bake each year, shopped in our Gift Shop or been greeted on Shabbat mornings or Holidays by our volunteers? Maybe you are looking for a book club or study group or maybe entertaining and relevant programs? This is Women’s League 2.0!
Watch the weekly Hakol and Kesher for more information on upcoming Women’s League events and initiatives.
We are still raising funds for those “un-sponsored” Shabbat morning Kiddushim and lunches, for our Aleph Prechool and USY, as well as our added security needs. In the last 3 years Women’s League has donated over $100,000 to Beth El Synagogue programs and needs.
Beth El’s Women’s League chapter is an integral arm of the Women’s League of Conservative Judaism, maintaining close ties to The Jewish Theological Seminary of America and its campuses, the American Jewish University and all the other programs of the Movement.
